3 hours Science of Sport & Fitness Have you ever watched a sporting event and wondered who are all those people with the team? In sport and fitness, it can take a village to get it to look easy on national television. Learn a little more about what happens behind the scenes from Olympic sport scientist, Dr. Lindsay Hannigan, and professional sports physical therapist, Dr. Matt Gauthier, as we dive into how we measure fitness and readiness for sport and exercise.
